How it works

Four steps, from your first call to a requirement on your desk.

No tool to learn, no list to build, no outreach to remember. Here’s what happens at each step, what we do and what we need from you.

The four steps in detail

Each step builds on the one before it. You’ll see what we do, what you do and what you get.

  1. Signal API Access

Hiring signal cards for funding, hiring and expansion, showing companies like NextGen Labs, TechCorp and GlobalSoft

We start with a strategy call. You tell us who you serve, which companies you want as clients and which region you cover. Then we set up tracking for the events that tell us a company is about to need you: new and repeated job postings, funding rounds, expansions and leadership changes. Companies that match your niche and show a signal go on the list. Companies showing two or three signals together go to the top.

YouTell us who you serve and who you want to work with.
WeSet up signal tracking against your niche and pick the companies worth contacting.
You getA list of companies that need you right now, each with the signal behind it.
  2. Business Agents

Profiling and response agents finding decision-makers across sources and following up automatically until a meeting is booked

For each company on the list, our agents find the person who owns the hiring problem and check their details are valid. Then they write a first message built around that company’s own signal, in your voice. You approve the messaging before anything goes out. After that, the outreach goes out in your name, and follow-ups continue across channels until the person replies or the sequence ends.

YouApprove the messaging first, and flag anything that doesn’t sound like you.
WeFind and verify decision-makers, write each message and run the follow-ups.
You getConversations started with the right people, in your name.
  3. Live Business Reports

Weekly report showing replies, calls and requirements up, with hiring-growth signals converting

Every week you get a report that shows what the system produced: companies reached, replies, positive replies, calls booked and requirements received. It isn’t there to look good. It’s there so you can see what’s working and what to change, whether that’s the target list, the wording or the timing.

YouRead the report and tell us what you’re seeing on your side.
WeTrack the numbers and improve targeting and messages from the results.
You getClear weekly numbers instead of guesswork.
  4. High Ticket Requirements

A hiring contract signed for a Senior Java Developer with 3 openings, added as an active requirement

When someone replies with interest, we handle the reply and book the call, so the conversation lands on your calendar. From there it’s your meeting. You take the call, understand the role and agree terms. When it goes well, a requirement lands with you, ready for your team to fill. We guarantee the meetings. Turning them into clients depends on your sourcing and delivery.

YouTake the calls and win the requirements.
WeHandle replies and book calls onto your calendar.
You getReal hiring requirements from companies that wanted to talk.

One company, start to finish

An illustrative example, so you can picture what happens behind the scenes for a single company.

  1. SignalA fintech announces a funding round and opens six engineering roles.
  2. Fit checkIt matches your niche: engineers, funded product companies.
  3. Right personWe find the Head of Engineering and check the contact is valid.
  4. MessageA short note about the round and the open roles, in your voice, within the wording you approved.
  5. Follow-upA second message a few days later with something new. It stops the moment they reply.
  6. Reply“Yes, send a few profiles.” We handle it and book a call.
  7. CallIt’s on your calendar. You take it.
  8. RequirementThey share the roles. Now it’s yours to fill.

What we need from you

Not much, and that’s deliberate.

Your side

  • Tell us who you serve and who you want as clients
  • Approve the messaging before it goes out
  • Take the calls that land on your calendar
  • Share what you’re seeing, so we can improve it

Not on your plate

  • Building prospect lists
  • Finding and checking contact details
  • Writing and sending outreach
  • Remembering follow-ups and booking calls

Questions about how it works

Do I need to be involved every day?

No. You approve the messaging at the start, take the calls that get booked and read the weekly report. We run everything in between.

Will the messages sound like me?

That’s the point. We write in your voice and you approve the messaging before it goes out. If something feels off, tell us and we change it.

Is it only email?

No. Outreach runs on email and LinkedIn, and on the Mid-market plan it goes out across more channels at higher volume.

What happens after a call is booked?

It’s yours. The meeting lands on your calendar and you run it. We don’t take your client conversations for you.

How do I know it’s working?

The weekly report. You see companies reached, replies, positive replies, calls booked and requirements received, every week.
